2004 GMC Enovy 4wd not working

i just bought a 2004 gmc envoy. It is a V6 with 4wd the only thing is that the 4wd doesnt work. Paid $4500.00 for it

 

codes that pop up are C0306 - Motor A or B curcuit malfunction. C0321 - Transfer Case lock curcuit malfunction. and C0327 - Encoder curcuit malfunction.
