Second Battery and Warn VR12000

I did this about a year ago...installed a Westin winch mount and Warn VR12000, and then installed a second battery in the second tray. Figured someone might want to see pictures...

Tray installed...its sort of like a jigsaw puzzle, everything has an order that needs to be followed:

This gives you an idea of the ride height (stock ride height with 265s):

How far it protrudes:

Winch installed, the supplied bolts for the tow loops were too short:

Loops installed. I had to grind the passenger side loop down in order to clear the Warn...the Westin mount is meant for a Westin winch. I also installed the stainless steel facing to prevent stone chips.

Installed some HIDs...still haven't hooked them up yet:

Battery install. Basically bought an OE-style battery from Deka, had them make custom 2ga cables (I live 15 minutes from there East Penn factory and store), and bought the hold down for the second battery...cost me about $300 for everything (a factory second battery would have shaved nearly $100 off that). I used a length of stiff garden hose to get approximate lengths of the cables I needed...it worked very well because it flexed very similar to the battery cables. There is no isolator, it is basically a paralleled battery like they do with the diesels.

I should note that it took four turns of the torsion bar bolts to get it back to OE ride height...you wouldn't think adding something like this would make that much difference, but I guess a 50# battery, 100# tray, and 100# winch adds up when its riding out in front of the tires.
