getting ready to install a headache rack on the 14. To get access to the front stake pockets do the covers pop out or will i have to cut them? thanks in advance

Cut. Be careful and cut as close to the raised part on the inside as the paint is right there.

  ouch. that is SUCH a ripoff, as the blank key w chip retails for under $20... It would be somewhat reasonable if you don't have any key for the truck, so they need to program the new key as the master key for the truck, but somehow I think they would charge extra for this...

  Our local Ace Hardware made a chip key for my 2015 Silverado for$100.00; that's a lot less than the dealer. I suggest you give them a call and have your VIN,title, and/or registration with you.
