BackRack+Toolbox+Tonneau Cover... Possible?

So I just picked up this beauty of a truck. 2014 double cab LT Silverado with a 6 foot bed. I'm used to having the 8 ft bed but im making due with the 6. I was thinking of trying out the backrack system. I was thinking i could mount my toolbox ( sits over the bedrails ) to the backrack and maybe possibly i could get the Extang Trifecta toolbox tonneau cover. I didn't know if having the toolbox sitting higher on the backrack would interfere with the cover, or if the whole thing would even mount up at all. Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

I did end up going with an Extang Trifecta toolbox cover. Its wicked easy to install. Material under the tarp part doesn't really hold up well, i've had to have it replaced once but the warranty service was wicked easy .all and all its a decent product.

I have found Extang to be First Class for customer support and warranty issues. I had the old snapon-style on a 1999 F150 for 18 years without an issue. It was old, dried out and getting brittle but still waterproof.and never had a warranty issue.
