Behr Deckover or Rustoleum Restore

Anyone have any experience with either of these 2? I know the Behr is 160 for 5 Gal. and the Rustoleum is 85 for 4 Gal. Has anyone had it on long enough for a good assessment? Getting ready to do our decks and the interwebs reviews are pretty split on the Rustoleum and Behr has fairly good reviews. Rustoleum covers ~100 sq ft and Behr at ~375 sq ft. I have roughly, guesstimating, 400-450 ish sq ft to do. Thanks for the input.

I used the rustoleum product. It worked well. I'd take a pic but it's under 8 feet of damn snow :fume:

That's the way I was leaning, but there are a lot of bad reviews of flaking after some time. From what I've gathered, it's all in proper preparation of the deck first. How long have you had it done? Thanks for the input.

We've always stained ours but I've had good luck with rustoleum in the past on projects
