Looking for aftermarket headlights possibly projection and suggestions?

Sylvania XZE bulbs.

Don't get ebay headlights. I fell for them on a 02 Ram the projection is horrible. either good quality projectors ($$$) or a good bulb like won_hunglo said.... a GOOD HID kit may work as well those cheap ones (again, I wasted money once) suck.

OSRAM had a direct fit HID unit at one time. If you can find those that'd be best. They're a complete replacement headlight, designed for HIDs, with bulbs and ballasts.

Most aftermarket headlamps are of poor quality. Stick with OE housings and good bulbs.

This. I have them on my 01 Suburban and they're great. Easily 2-3 times brighter than halogen bulbs. They are pricey, though - $419. CLICK HERE

 

They're totally plug and play, and 100% street legal. No mounting of ballasts, no wiring, nothing. Pull the two rods, unplug the OEM housing, plug in the X2020, replace the rods, and you're done. 5 minute install.

 

Here's a pic - the HIDs are so bright, they render the hi-beams useless. So I put some cheap halogen bulbs with heavy blue tint because I liked the look.
