Well, are yall ready for 2004? Or do yall approve of what he is doing for the country so far?????

I think he's doing an OK job so far. I'm not sure where I stand on Stem Cell research, (I don't even know what all the fuss is about, have't been paying very much attention to that kinda stuff)

I'm not saying he's the best President ever, but I'm glad we voted for him instead of Gore.

No, Virginia is not following Florida's footsteps and lowering the age of voting or COUNTING votes to 2 years old (JK, Sorry all loyal, legitimate Floridians who voted the RIGHT way.)

I'm just saying I'm glad we, as in the majority of the U.S voted for him.

doesnt really matter what a few think generally. its the voices of the electoral dudes that matters and no matter what they tell you they have the power not us. and thats as far into it as i dare go.. back to looking for new truck audio equipment

I think he's doing a good job so far. Look at all the whiners he has to deal with in Congress and he's still getting things done.

I believe if anybody was to do a honest side by side comparison with Bush's first eight months with Clinton's first eight months, they can only come to the conclusion that Bush is doing way better than Clinton did. And that even with Clinton having a comfortable Democratic majorities in the House and Senate.

For example, with Bush, we got mid-year tax refunds, versus Clinton passing his record tax increase by one vote, without any Republican help, in August of his (Clinton's) first year.

How is it possible for the "Frat-Brat" to be doing a whole lot better than the "brainier" Rhodes Scholar?

How can he do a bad job soo far??? I saw on the news the other night that he has taken more "vacation" than any other recent president in history during his first 8 months in office. Something like 47 days so far.

I don't screw up when I don't go to work either...

Shaners, GE give you quiet a bit of training right? Mervz, CCNA is neccesary certification right? General, Hallmark doesnt just let you go down to Walmart on the first day right? jpshostrs spent ALOT of time with dad learning the farm and then ag-college right?

Not the office of the President. No minimum standards. No required reading. No certification. I ask this question without judgement of the man or his performance but what qualifications does he have to be president? 6 years as governor is all, nothing else. hmmmm....could it be.....DAD?????

Are they not "working vacations"? Do you think Bush just punches the clock and heads off to a vacation, leaving the Presidency behind? Was it not during his "vacation" that he announced his stem-cell decision.

At least he doesn't fly off to some other country taking everybody and their uncle with him at the taxpayers expense!

It is my view that Bush hasn't committed any blunders (yet). I remember Clinton tying up a international airport and airspace while he got, of all things, a haircut, costing the taxpayers (you and I) hundreds of thousands of dollars

What were Bill Clinton's qualifications? Has all he ever been was a governor? :)Oh, excuse me, he was a lawyer for two years after getting out of law school. His only real job outside of politics, ever!
