Adding Bluetooth Streaming 2011 Silverado

I have the stock head unit w/ the USB connection for connecting an iPod or iPhone. While that works good I was wondering if anyone has found a Bluetooth audio receiver to plug into that USB port to stream wirelessly from their smart phone or mp3 player?

 

I know they make some that have the 3.5mm audio jack, but I would prefer a cleaner look with not a lot of wires. Something that is powered by the USB connection but also sends the audio through the USB connection via the AUX option.

 

Do the USB Bluetooth receivers they make for laptops (like attached) work?

Yes, I'm resurrecting this post! Is there a usb adapter to connect phone to through the stock GM usb port? 2010 silverado. Thanks!
