Thanks for all of the comments.

I couldn't find any systems (such as flowmaster etc.) so I had the local muffler shop custom make it.  They put on a cherry bomb that has a Y on the end, and they bent some 2.5" (I think) pipe out the back.  Total came to $250 ($200 for pipes and $25 per each tip including labor).  I am very pleased with it.

It feels like there's more power on the high end.

Mileage i'll have to calculate.  I'll get back to you on that one.

Nice.  I bet those Cherry bombs make it sound sweet. I ran straights for awhile.  Like it but the truck didn't.  I'm about to run Glasspacks or Cherry bombs back on it again.  This Flowmaster BS is to quiet...I need loud.  I'll run straights and then beat out the centers of the Cats and get sensor relay and let it talk...I've never ran a muffler even one's that you can see threw with easy, straight threw lovered types still make the truck a lot quieter...

No, it's not a true dual.  There is a cherry bomb right after the cat that splits into two (see pic below).

Are you asking why didn't I get straight pipes or why I didn't get a true dual (one pipe for each header)?  Either way, I didn't think it was necessary for what I needed/wanted.  Main reason is the cost would be higher.  Second, I don't think there would be that much gain in performance without a new intake (such as a FIPK which is over $200).
