Rally II Edition comes with the wheels, the difference in price was Rally I edition didn't have the wheels, i got that becuase it was like 2500.00 more for the rally II edition for the factory wheels and tires, I can buy rims and tires i like on wheelfire.com or something as a package for 16 or 1700 bucks later.

I didn't realize they had Rally I and II. That's odd to offer a package and then chop it too pieces.

GM gotta make that $$ Bro ;-) I ain't mad at em, actually cuz i like i said i'm happy to pick my own wheels and tires later than be stuck paying 2500 for some wheels and tires i don't love.
