Zone Offroad 1.5" body lift installed

My brother was nice enough to install my Zone 1.5" BL while I was away on vacation. Said it went OK, had a few snags here and there (mostly same stuff that's been posted in this thread). As you can see, the front bumper isn't aligned correctly. Apparently, he didn't have the cut-off wheel needed to make a cut to one of the brackets. I told him not to worry about it since I have ordered an N-fab light bar mount that requires removal of the front bumper anyway and we'll just do it all at once.



Overall, I'm pleased with it. Doesn't feel/look as tall as I'd hoped, but where I can tell is when I open the door to get in, the seat is at chest height on me (granted I'm only 5'7"). Now that this is finally done, I can order my wheels (still haven't decided) and then some 295/60/20 Toyo ATII or the new R/T if they come in that size.

Looks pretty good with the running boards you have there. Cant even tell it has a body lift.

I did the zone 3in. To me I cant even tell I added it anymore. I added wheel liners in the back and you cant even see it

Curious to see if you have impacted your MPG before you change the wheels and tires? It looks good!

Took some ground to center fenderwell measurements today.

 

Front = 40.75"

Rear = 41.25"

 

Measurements before the body lift were:

 

Front = 39.25"

Rear = 40"

 

So it seems to me that even though this is advertised as a 1.5" body lift, it might be closer to a 1.25" body lift. Which is disappointing since the extra clearance was why I chose Zone Offroad over ReadyLift and Rough Country. I know I'll gain another .5" when I put the 295/60/20 on since it is a 34" tall tire as opposed to the 275/70/18 I have on there now which is a 33" tall tire.

The hitch looks fine. And the muffler I had already cut off and had a gm ss can welded on amd dumped out the right side just under the leaf spring so it doesn't really look bad, tho I may cut it off and just dump it under the cab

I've been thinking about trying out some 35's with an offset close to stock on 18" wheels.

I currently have 33's with a -12 offset

 

If I keep this setup and not put a 6" lift on it (possibly Q1 2015), then I plan on going with a 20x9 wheel with a 0 offset.

I really like the way this lift look on with z71 wheels. I'm gunna probably end up spraying mine flat black

Once I put on the wheel to wheel step bars the exhaust will look even better
