Need some info!

I want to know, yes or no, can I run 2" or even 1.5" wheel spacers with this tire set up NBS stock 18" rims sitting on 275/70R18's, with a 2" leveling kit. Asking because I read there maybe rubbing issues, didn't specify if it was superficial plastic/mudflap rubbing or actual fender rubbing. Someone here has to be running something similar and be able to help! Pictures of your set up or any and all info appreciated!

I have a 2011 Sierra, 2" level, stock 18's (all terrain rims) with 275/70-18. NO RUB!!

All clear, even still have the lower air dam under the fogs (read somewhere it would require trim, nothing).

Thanks Chupe! My mudflaps required some minor triming, nothing serious. But I'm trying to figure out if I'll encounter rubbing if I were to add wheel spacers.

I have stock flaps and did not need to trim them either..

Got a buddy at work with a 2013 Sierra 1500. Rough country leveling kit, Moto metal wheels with a little offset, and 265/70-17 and it rubbed like crazy when he put his 1.5" spacers on. He couldnt turn the wheel all the way. But a few months of rubbing and now the tire has worn down all the plastic in the mud flap/ inner fender and it works good haha.

Yeah that's weird Chupe, I was talking to a guy with a 2" level running 12.50's, and didn't have to trim either. Oh well, minor differences I guess. Photos would be appreciated.

Thanks Wilson, as long it was only rubbing plastic, that's a easy fix. Like I said I read that ppl have had them rub the metal fenders.

Stock rims may have different offsets I would guess and that may be the issue. The All Terrain rims may have a little different offset than say stock or a Denali option in the stock rims.. Seems odd but I guess it could happen. 285 may rub and a 275 may not... Guy's say they are running 285's and seem to think that dictates the height of the tire. Its the width. Make sure your comparing apples to apples when someone says what rubs or what does not..

285/70 is 11.2" wide

275/70 is 10.8"wide.

Its only a 1/2 in difference but can be the rub or not rub too..
