97 Sierra Won't Start

Hi all I've got a Sierra with a 4.3 that I can't get running. I bought it knowing the fuel pump would need to be replaced. I had it running once before and after I changed the pump but now it won't start at all. The distributor cap and rotor have been replaced as well as the spark plugs, it had spark. Spraying starting fluid directly into the intake does nothing. I'm stumped at this point. Any ideas?

It had spark but does it still have spark? If the starting fluid doesn't kick off the engine then you will need to look at spark...cap, rotor, grounds, plugs, wires....

It still has spark. All those things have been done.

Starting fluid is more flammable than gasoline. If starting fluid isn't making it kick over, you don't have spark.

Turns out the coil/ignition module was no good. There was still spark but it was yellow and not strong enough to ignite even starting fluid. The truck fired up instantly as soon as we changed it.
