2007 sierra classic body lift

I have a 2007 sierra classic sle 4x4 and i want to put a 2-3" body lift in. There are lots of kits out there but most ive come across dont support the 07 classic style truck. Is there anything special that makes these kits not fit the classic model? Would i be safe going with a kit for a 2006?

Yes. If you have an 07c, search for a 2006
