RCX 4.75" lift question

So I installed this on my truck and I love it. Gives it a nice tall feel. I was just wondering if anyone has tried adding the RCX 2" leveling kit into the mix. The RCX 3.5" lift system drops the front differential so that your CV angles stay stock. What Im thinking is then adding a leveling kit to this lift would be similar to leveling a stock truck (Talking CV angles) I would also be doing bigger blocks in the rear. Just wanted some input on what you guys thought.

I've added a ready lift leveling kit on top of an rcx 5" lift kit on a buddy's 09 Sierra and it worked good. He had bigger leafs and blocks in the rear so the truck sat nice and the axles weren't hurting too much. It was a real sharp looking truck till it hit the ditch upside down...

Body lift is always something to consider if you're looking for more height at a decent price.

Yeah I have the 4.75 combo kit on it now. I'm thinking I may end up maxing out my control arms on the front end if I add another 2 inches

You won't be able to add a 2" leveling kit in the front end. The angles of you CV joints will be way too steep. The RC 3.5" kit drops the differential down but not to factory angles. The angles with the differential drop from the 3.5" kit equates to the angles from a 2" leveling kit already. Also the front half shafts would hit the bolts that mount the strut to the lower control arm with an added leveling kit. I would advise against trying to add a leveling kit.

Oh I get it now. The 4.75" is the leveling/ body lift combo not the 5" suspension lift that has crossmember drop brackets to lower the control arms and everything. My bad, yeah leveling kit will mess things up pretty bad.

Yeah that's exactly what I thought of afterwards. I appreciate the input guys. Just these GM 1500's take alot of lift to get some decent height lol

So true. I can only clear 35s with 6.5" suspension and 1.5" body. I'm going to need a 3" body when I go 37s!

Yeah that sucks. Once you go bigger than 1.5 inch body lift it's a ton of work. Although for the fact that my fender measurements are close to the 5 inch lift's measurements at half the cost.

I should just be happy haha
