Good luck…I bought the high country; I think the Ford King Ranch interior is hideous, but I like the understated interior of the high country…

 

I think it's reasonable to ask a company that is profit motivated to respond to their customers…..

 

Much of the multimillion came from taxpayers…..the customers might as well get something for bailing out this company…..

I think they have bigger fish to fry than the color of their leather. Just my opinion...

 

By the way, I hear katzkins makes very high quality leather. You can get them for 500 bucks on eaby if you install them yourself

When I was looking for my truck in 08, the dealer showed me a truck with cloth and commented that it could be refitted with leather if I wanted. I don't know if that was Katskins, GM OEM upholstery or a local upholsterer working for the dealer. Either way, a dealer can change many things for you. The dealer may be able to acquire the HC seat coverings and install them. But I think you're barking up the wrong tree with trying to get GM to do something out of their normal production. No matter what it takes to get what you are wanting, it will cost more money. Given enough money, you can end up with whatever you want in the end. But you'll not be able to specify who does it.

Well said Buddy............Well said. I just love that saddle color of the king ranch and it doesnt have to even be the identical color. The High country's color isn't identical but it is in the ball park and that's fine with me. I actually would have been more satisfied with the previous years color, the cocoa cashmere than with the cocoa dune in the 14s.

I mean afterall it is a color that I want that is actually a GM product in the Chevy. It's not like I am asking them to take the identical Ford color and put into the Sierra lol
