Retrofit and program new 2015.5 tow mirrors to 2015 HDs with tow mirro

Many 2015 HD owners are in the process of ordering and receiving the new power folding tow mirrors hoping to be able to retrofit them to their trucks, myself included. The irony is, those with the exiting tow mirrors most likely need a new wiring harness, switch, and cover for the arm rest since their mirrors do not fold while the non-tow mirror trucks may have everything they need?

 

My questions are

1) What are the part numbers for the wiring harness and switches and whether these are the same ones used with the non-tow folding mirrors?

2) Can the dealer flash the computer so the power fold mirror lights and functions will work? If so, what do I tell my local dealer when I ask them to do it?
