Yay! Electrical fun!

Yay, I get to have the joy of fixing electrical issues on my truck. The first problem is that the driver seat warmer no longer works. Cooling does, but not heating. Lights do turn on on the switch. And now my headlights don't work. Yes, I have HID's, and yes I already checked my HID relay (still good). The fact that both sides are out leads me to believe that the factory lighting electricals are to blame as I am essentially using it as a signal turn on switch.

 

If anybody has had similar, let me know so I know which rabbit hole to start going down.

i'd just take it to the dealership for the heated seats issue.. HIDs on the other hand, use a voltmeter and check for power at every connection.. starting at the factory low beam plug. make sure there's voltage going into your relay/capacitor etc..
