89 k1500 headlight conversion

Allright guys here is what I want to do.  I currently have and 89 k1500 and it had the 4 sealed beam headlights, I want to get the headlight conversion and put in the diamond style lights and switch to the Ultra White bulbs.  Has anyone done this, I know it is easier on the 90+ models since they do not have sealed beams.  I dont think the problem will be putting in the new lamps but putting in the bulbs will be the problem.  Does anyone know if there are bulbs that will fit the current sealed beam harness or do you know where I can get and adapter or a new harness.  If anyone has any usefull information please let me know, Thanks
