2013 GMC (3500, 6.0L gas)horn stays on, radio/cd changes by itself

hey people,

 

since yesterday, my radio/cd player has been changing stations, changing from AM to FM radio, when i hit CD player it randomly stops, searches for a new track, starts playing, stops, and on and on.

 

Now this morning, the radio/cd behaves the same, but now my horn comes on, and won't go off. i gently beat on the horn button, nothing, continue horn sound. I shut engine off, restart, horn is off, but not for long, back on it comes. I finally pulled the fuse to stop the horn, and now my cd player functions correctly.

 

A job for the dealer is suspect, but what could cause that? No work has been done on the truck except oil changes, except i'm trying to get an oil change, tire rotation and chassis lube, but Sears has TWICE forgotten about my truck. Anyway, any thoughts?

your body control module (BCM) could have a prob, sometimes they self correct
