Silverado MyLink issues

Just noticed the MyLink display is blinking part of the display. Anybody else have this issue that has had it fixed?? If so did they let you know what the cause was?? My dealer is booked till after Christmas so I was wondering if it was an easy fix like a software upgrade or if it was hardware related. I made a video of the issue.

Mine did that a few times then the screen went out all together a few days later. I disconnected the battery let it sit for a minute hooked it all back up and no problems since.
