Service confirmed that my truck has a bad module. Can't believe it took them since last week to figure that out. They also had GM engineers look into it. The bad news is the module won't be here for a week.

My module is on bo too. No eta. Guess they're all at the factory. They said it could be 2 days or 2 weeks.

Just got a call with the same news. Failed module. There's one coming from CA to my dealer in MA and they have no idea when it will be here.

Turns out it's affecting my 4G wifi hotspot, too. I was trying to use that yesterday and it wouldn't work. Any others have this go out, too?

Anything related to On Star will not work until the repair is made.
