I mentioned it briefly in another thread in the HD section.  But last Wednesday we took delivery of a 2003 Monte Carlo SS.  Of course it's fully loaded (except for XM Radio and OnStar), it's Sandrift Metallic with ebony leather interior.  I preferred the black SS, but this is really my Mother's new car, she's making the payments, so it's really her choice.  I'm only there to maintain it.  

 

In the process, I took her old car, the 96 Monte Z34 that I've spoken of previously.  With 120,000 miles on the problematic 3.4L DOHC V6, it was time for me to put her in a much more reliable car.
