Manik Step Bars

Has anyone had any experience with these step bars in Stainless?, I would rather have chromed stainless stepbars but I like the style of the Manik Stepbars.

 

A: How close can you get them to the truck?

B: Does the finish look like chrome or the usual dull stainless?

C: Any problem using them with mud flaps in the front?

D: How does the finish hold up?

E: How far do the brackets hang under the truck?

While I don't have Manik's step bars, I do have their Stainless brush guard and tail light guards so I can cover your finish questions assuming their the same finish.

Does the finish look like chrome or the usual dull stainless?

I believe they match up to chrome very well. Check out the pics at my site to form your own opinion.

How does the finish hold up?

IMHO just as good as chrome wheels do minus brake dust. Their care instructions are just like chrome wheels, they need a periodic application of wax to combat water spots.

 

If the fit and finish on the step bars are anything like their brush guard and tail light guards I think you'll be impressed.
