Rim offset with egr bolt flares

I recently purchased the egr bolt flares and I'm looking to buy rims. I want to get the rockstar 2 rims. The two sizes I was thinking are 20x9 with an offset of -12 or the 20x12 with an offset of -44. Any opinions or pictures? The fender flares stick out a good bit. I want the new wheels to be flush with the flares or stick out just a bit. Thanks
