2014 Sierra help on deciding headers and exhaust

Hey all, I would like to get pointed in the right direction on deciding what brand of headers and if there is a true dual exhaust kit out there for a GMC Sierra 1500. I am planning on getting an Air raid CAI and also installing highflow cats. I am pretty partial to the magnaflow exhaust but i doesnt look they offer a kit for the true dual, only a Y pipe then dual. Also an important question for me is how does one keep engine light off without doing a tune ? I am eventually plan on getting a tuner just not right now and dont want the engine light on. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks !
