2000 chevy 2500hd has wobble in front end

Hey this is Shante and Jason, we are new here and could use some help on our work truck, we have a 2000 chevy 2500hd extra cab 2wd with a 5.8 we believe in it, the old work truck is a long bed with a utility rack and is almost 300,000 miles, well we noticed recently it gets a wobble when driving at certain speeds, so we would like to rebuild what we can do ourselves, but we do not even know where to start, we would like to order what parts are needed and try to fix it, each time we take it in they try to sale us 4 tires, any help would be great, thanks much..
