Well every other thread had a question about the HVAC and if there is a recall or TSB out,

 

I have no answers but lets start here because apparently this is a issue,

 

What are your issues?

 

I know mine is lack of defrost capability on the outside edges of the windshield bye A pillars about 7 inches inward, I find it extremely inadequate the best is when its so hot in the cab from the heater that put out excellent heat that I have to turn it down or roll window down, UHGGG

 

So if anyone has any official information on any recalls or TSB please post here as we have done with the headlights thread

Only issue i have is that my temperature is extremely inconsistent. i've got the dual zone temp and i never use auto and pretty much always have both temperature zones synced.

 

there are times when 70 feels really hot and other times when 70 feels like cold air with the same OAT (in the 40's). seems to be tied to in some respects to the engine load or V8/V4 mode switch as well. when 70 feels like warm air, and then it goes into V4 mode or i coast some, the temp coming out of the vents starts to feel cooler.

 

basically, the number i have the temp set up in my opinion, means nothing and is not consistent in any way. i just keep adjusting it as need be to keep the same temperature air coming out.
