Anyone with Truxedo Lo Pro QT and Undercover Swing Case??

I did a quick search but couldn't find anything. My goal is to install a Undercover Swing Case and Truxedo on my 2015 Silverado Crew Cab. Does anyone know if these will work together?

 

Also, I assume that drilling through the factory spray in liner is no problem but does anyone have experience with this? Any warranty issues?

I had a LoPro QT on my previous truck, never a had any issues on it. But i seen at my local truck accessory place the other day, that Truxedo is making a SaddleBag that hangs off the bed rail, I think it replaces two of the clamps for the QT. Might be worth looking into if you don't want to drill into the box.
