clunk noise when hitting bumps

Hi guys I have a 2007 suburban ltz with 140k it now has a clunk when hitting bumps is there a common issue or is this a uncommon thing iv jacked it up and tried to shake everything under it and couldnt figure it ou please help

You may have bad ball joints. To check you need to lift the vehicle by the frame and then raise the wheels independent of frame while watching the ball joints (upper and lower).

Ill do that when I get home. Thanks for replying also I feel like I can kind of feel.it in the steering wheel but I had my dad take a spin with me and he says it sounded like it was behind the passenger seat

X2 on ball joints also check the sway bar end links as they are quite common for breaking on the GMT-900 trucks.

Great new guys I broke the sway bar end link Idk how I didn't see that before when I was under there that k you all
