Blackbear diagnostic capabilities?

I have a 2008 Silverado 5.3 with 151,000km (93K miles). I recently installed a K&N CAI and will soon be installing a single side exit MBRP. Lately I have been noticing worse gas mileage than normal (14mpg avg vs 16-16.5mpg avg before) and nothing has changed (I was getting the worse gas mileage before the CAI). Will the Autocal from BBP be able to tell me if something isn't right with the fuel system, ECT sensors etc? I have emailed BBP and they responded in a very timely manner, but I would like to hear from the owners of BBP tuned trucks. Did Justin find any issues via the Autocal? Is there something I should check or replace before having the tune done to ensure maximum benefit? Thanks in advance!

The truck is stock height, stock 18" wheels, and 275/65/18 Goodyear all terrain adventure tires.

They can only see what the datalogs show. Many times, the guys can diagnose a mechanical issue based off of the logs.
