crewcab door problems 2009 2500hd

My rear driver's side door will not open from the outside or inside. Both handles act like it is locked. The power lock works as well as doing it manually. I have the inside panel loose but I can not see enough to figure out how to get it open. I have been looking for some kind of schematic to see if there is a way to open it through the door with the panel off. Any ideas?

Call a tow truck to open with a slim jim

I figured it out and a slim jim would not have opened it.

What was the problem? I'm curious since you couldn't open it from inside or out.
