'15 6.2 Performance

Raced a buddies 5.3 to 50 and barely pulled a truck length on him. Don't get me wrong its torquey as heck but still don't feel like 70 HP over a 5.3.

 

Yes I'm running 91 in it.

Good thing the 5.3 wasn't running E 85. My buddy has an A/T with a 6.2 and neither of us can tell much difference in giddyap between his truck and my 5.3 on E 85. He loves the power of his 6.2. and it's no slouch, but the 5.3 isn't either. There is still supposed to be 40 hp and over 40 ft. lbs. of torque difference. The 6.2 pulls hard but don't discount the 5.3 especially if it's got E 85 in the tank.
