body lift ?

I'm looking to put a 3 inch body lift on my truck. after looking around the net and local stores on pricing. I came across something wierd.

the PA 3" kit are $247 with everything include.

the Trail master kits are $160 with everything included.

What is the difference between the two.  does pa have a better/strong lift block compared to trail master? or is the difference just for the name?

this is for a 99 GMC sierra ext cab truck.

I would imagine the Performance Accessories kit includes some pieces the Trailmaster doesn't. I've installed 3 different PA kits and they are pretty complete. You might want to check to see if they both include front and rear bumper relocation brackets.

dont know about the hitch spacers

But it does say all additional hardware included?

I'm calling summitt tonight or tomorrow about the lift , i'll ask them if the trail master comes with those as well

I would e-mail trailmaster to see if they will send you a copy of the instructions, then you can see for yourself what all comes in the kit.  Tell they you want to see if it something you feel you could do yourself (the lift), and they should send you  copy.  I did that wil Performance Accessories, and they offered to send them by fax of a hard copy.

I can e-mail you the PA kit instructions if you want to see those.   Just let me know.  :jester:
