2015 Suburban problems

The middle right seat cover is coming off. The left morrow takes 7.5 mins. to defrost as the right one only takes 2-3 mins dealership says tac is working the problem. 1st to 2nd trans shift causing the vehicle to boog down dealership says it's a sofeware problem with no GM fix yet. Front DVD screen rattles. After paying over $68 thousand dollars for an AMERICAN vehicle makes me wounder if I would have been better off buying an import.
