Installing window sill trim

I'm trying to install chrome window sill trim on my crew cab 2015 Silverado. I can't get the clips snapped in. Any tips? The molding is used but clips are not broke.

Were you able to get the clips snapped in? If so, how did you get them installed?

On 3 of them they did, I put black weatherstrip glue on the other

should just push it down far enough and they will snap in. if one or multiple are not snapping in its prob b/c the trim is not sitting correctly somehow. when I swapped mine out they snapped in with zero effort.
