I'm trying to get my brother to come. He lives in Valencia and has my red 2008 Chevy truck.

The Tri-tip is seared, smoked, sliced, trayed, and post cook marinading in a bath of broth, red wine, and spices. The bread is sliced.

 

I was thinking about washing the truck...but uggh.

 

I think I'll bring a pile of modification parts that we can BS about.
