Bed rail hole covers

Hey folks. New to the forum.

 

I just got a new to me 2014 Silverado 1500. Previous owner had cut out the front bed rail stake holes and I'm wondering if there are any caps out there to cover those up again without having to replace the entire cap.

 

Any help would be much appreciated. Looking forward to hanging out here!
