2014 Silverado Home Link not working

2014 Silverado home link isn't working, I have no lights nothing. Any ideas? Anybody know how to remove the panel to see if it's a connection problem? Or a fuse?

I have had problems with my Home Link since day one. Sometimes it works some times it don't. I can be at the end of my drive way and it will work sometimes but most time I have to be about to run through the garage door before it works that's after holding and pushing the but 10 -15 times. My 2012 had home link and I could open the garage door from three houses down. The factory garage opener works better than the home link in my 2014. Oh and by the way the dealer said they could not find nothing wrong even after I took the service manager to my house in my truck and showed him.

I've had my 2015 3 weeks and I am getting my 3rd Homelink unit on Thursday. I have to be within 3 feet of my garage door, nose in, to open it. I have 2 Jeep Grand Cherokees with Homelink and the 2 original remotes that came with the opener and all of them will open the door from 50 to 100 feet away The 2011 GMC 3500 HD I traded in would also open the door from over 50 feet. I called Homelink and the guy told me he has had hundreds of calls from new Silverado owners. He says Chevy is locating the transmitters near other electrical interference or something. I am curious as to how many people who are having this problem have factory NAV/satellite radio/OnStar and active OnStar Wi-Fi. The Homelink unit is right up there in the roof near the antenna for all of that stuff.
