Can I run 295/65/R18 duratrac's on 18x9 4.53BS and -12mm OS on leveled sierra?

I had a friend that ran that size and tire on a 13 Silverado with factory 18's but not sure about the offset and he just had a leveling kit on his and didn't have any problems but again I'm not sure about the offset.
