Fix paint chips

Any tips on fixing paint chips with a paint pen? I have a black painted bumper and as you would expect, I have a few very small chips. My concern with the pen is that the application would not be a smooth finish but, they seem too small to fix with the brush applicator. Anyone have any experience with this that could help me out? The chips I am referring to are not much larger than the point of a ballpoint pen. I already have arrangements made to have a clear bra installed but, I would like to resolve the few issues already present.

Thanks in advance

I would touch up the paint and then find someone who installs paint protection film. I have an All Terrain Sierra with the painted bumper and grill and was worries about this as well. I just had the Llumar paint protection film installed 2 weeks ago on my bumper and painted area just below my headlights. I already had the front portion of my hood done in March when I first bough my truck. It's a tad pricey but cheaper than having to repaint it down the road.

I used the Langka kit system for my chips so far and I would recommend it. You just overfill the paint chip and then come back with the leveling polish after the blob has hardened. Seems to work very well. There are a few videos on youtube to give you more detail.
