Rookie to site but not to GM trucks

I'm very happy to have stumbled upon this site. I'm a new member from Michigan but not new to GM trucks.

I've owned a '69, '90, and '00 Chevy 1/2 tons and now a '13 Sierra 1500; my first brand-new truck. (Funny how my wife gets a brand-new car or SUV every few years...what's up with that? LOL)

I keep 'em a long time and try to take the best possible care of all my vehicles. I've gone so far as to rush home to put my truck in the garage and ride my bicycle back to work when a hail storm was coming. LOL

Despite being older than dirt (per my kids) I've learned a lot from this site and the forums already and will add my 2-cents-worth from time to time.
