Promotion?

As some of you know I've been selling cars & trucks at a Toyota and GMC dealership for a little over a year now.  It's been a real easy and fun job as I'm a huge fan of both products.

 

Last week however, it was decided by management that I transfer to our Ford-Dodge & Chrysler store, (the company has 8 stores here in Wyoming) which is twice the size, more professsional and much faster paced.  The salesmen have all been there at least 7 years so changing stores is kind of like leaving the minor leagues for the big show.

 

Luckily the Ford store is in the same town so I don't have to move again ( :hail: ) and I'm marginally excited about it as I'm cool with selling Jeeps, I'm pretty up to date on my Ford knowledge, but Dodge?!  

 

Well at least they don't carry the Kia line....... So feel free to hit me with any questions on the new Powerstroke, Hemi's & Rubicon.  I'll really be studying up on them this week.  Imagine, a promotion at work, but now you have to sell Caravans, Neons and Exploders!!   :werd:

So I assume a shiny *free* new black F250 crewcab w/ the 'Stroke will be waiting for me when I swing by Wyoming on my way to Nebraska this summer... A jeep would be nice too...

Those will probably be the only ones you need to study up on, sounds like they are going to be youre 3 biggest sellers. At least they would be if you were in my area.

Read a lot on the new Hemi and Jeep Rubicon today.   Will try and drive a few units tomorrow for comparison.  The two diesels should be easy to sell in this ranchhing community.

 

I did get my first sale today, a used Chevy 2500!!

Well unfortunately nowadays, you can't stay comfy in 1 spot for too long.  Hopefully some more $ in your pocket with this?  I would think so with higher volume.  Hope it works out well.
