stereo problems

I'm new to the forum and hope someone can help me with this. I have a 2013 Chevy Silverado LT 1500 Crew Cab; this started happening just a week ago, but when I'm listening to music on my factory stereo; it switches from radio to audio to XM to CD player without me even touching anything. I did some research and found that if I unplug the battery cables for 3 minutes it would reset the system; well I did that and it still switches. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

My guess is something in the steering wheel controls/wiring. No real sense in guessing though, isn't it still under warranty?
