2010 Headlights

What is the best replacement headlights for the 2010 Sierras? What is the OEM bulb? I've changed them on my truck twice already in less than a year, and just found that my driver side low beam is out again. This will make the 3rd time to change them in less than a year. I have been replacing with the mid-line Sylvania bulbs. It's getting to be pretty aggravating having to change them this often, especially since I've changed the headlights in the wife's 05 Tahoe once in the 10 years we've had it.

 

And, is there a good trick to changing the one on the driver's side? Passenger side is no problem once the airbox is removed, but the driver side is a PITA
