I'm going to say yes.

The stock 22" tires are 285/45/22 which is 32.1"

the stock 20s are 275/55/20 which is 31.9"

285/65/18 is 32.6"

So .5 to .7 of an inch different from stock..

You can do it on a 2.5 inch level is all I know but that's running a 18x9 0 offset

I dont know. It would be close, I am running 285/65/18's with a +1 offset wheel and a 2" level and they are real close at full lock. 1/4"-1/2" gap

I'm pretty sure a member here (Spurshot?) was running 305/60r18 on stock wheels and no lift/level without any rubbing. You should be fine.
