Cammed 2000 Sierra 5.3L

I have a 2000 GMC sierra 1500 5.3L

114lsa 525/535 lift comp cam + LS6 springs.

New TPS, IAC intake gaskets

Stock other then the cam and drop in K&N filter

 

I had it tuned with a diablo sport, then custom tuned by diablew, he is unable to get it perfect with his software/ without seeing the truck in person

 

Basically it will "throttle Hang" and push when you try to slow down, and if its in neutral and you let off the brake for it to roll the RPMS will increase

 

Itll start and die, maybe once or twice a week when its first started, hot or cold. Other times it runs normal

 

If anybody out there that can tune this truck, or know anybody that can locally let me know. I just need these two issues fixed. Truck has no air leaks it is in the tuning.

That is a pretty mild set up, you sure there aren't mechanical issues?
