Please Help (Tag light fuse)

Hey guys I've gotten myself into a slight bind and any help anyone can give would be greatly appreciated. I've already searched the forum and I didn't come up with anything helpful, but I have a 2014 GMC Sierra 1500 Base 5.3L that I've only had for 3 months. I recently put a Ranch Hand Rear bumper on and tonight I was working on wiring up the new tag lights that came with it. After finishing the wiring I started the truck to test them and they did work. I then proceeded to insert them into the bumper and one of them sparked I'm guessing due to a bad ground but now they wont o anything so does anyone know where I should look for the fuse that runs these lights? I've already looked under the hood with no success.

Update (11/4/2015)- Last night i check every fuse i could find in all three panels on the truck and didn't find a single blow fuse. So now I'm officially stumped. Had a guy that i work with mention that it might be a BCM problem, being that he had heard of other truck shutting off certain systems due to surges. Has anyone else heard of something to this effect?
