Looking good! I was hoping Leupold would come out with a Mil based VX6HD but they're just content on staying with MOA.

How's it shoot?

I just couldn't get myself to get anything else but a Leupold. 3-18x 50mm with a TMOA reticle and CDS dials. Bobro Engineering QD mount.

Any thoughts on the trigger yet? My Timney has grown on me.

Frankly, I still haven't had it out to shoot it. :nonod:

I'm going to take some vacation time here soon and one of the things on the list is to spend half a day at the range with it to see how it does. I truly hate being at the range with hundreds of others. A mid week trip in the off-season is reasonable.

Had a SOCOM 16 w/Aimpoint in scout position. Night vision compromised by muzzle flash.

Had a M1A w/Leupold MK4. Accurate out to 600 all day. No complaints

Have a Armalite AR-10T w/ACOG. Awesome

Mounted the Leupold on my Rem 700 SPS TAC w/Magpul Hunter stock. Best hunting rifle for me.

7.62/.308 is my fav caliber. It really depends on what you want to do. I would shoot both and then decide or buy both. They are tools and perform certain tasks better than the other. Both have advantages and dis advantages but as with all weapons platforms it up to the shooter what is best. Remember your the one humping and shooting it all day.

I got it out of the CA impound yesterday. Still need to decide on optics.
