Morimoto XB LED Fogs are awesome. Similar quality and output as JWSpeakers from my prior Jeep, which is saying a lot.

Borrow bottom post and adjustment knobs and plugs from stocker fog assembly for mounting. Easiest with front end off truck but can be done from bottom sides.

Clemson, I used this thread post for grill and headlamp removal, pretty straightforward: http://www.gm-trucks.com/forums/topic/156014-2014-grille-removal-how-to/

Original OEM headlamps were retrofitted to new HID projectors: D2S V3.0 Bi-xenon. Bulbs are D2S OEM Phillips C1X @ 5000k. Ballast is Morimoto D2S XB35's with 9006 Canbus wiring harness. The latter two items are much more reliable than prior components which seem to either result in ballasts going out and/or flickering.

In the three weeks since this retrofit, we've been in very cold winter conditions including subzero nighttime temps, snow/ice, and high elevation. They are tremendous, no hiccups.

Did black flame reinstall your headlights and line up the projectors for you?

^Customer takes the headlights off the truck and reinstalls them once the BFC work is complete. The ballasts and Canbus harness are mounted to the headlamp sockets by either screw or adhesive strip respectively. The lamps bolt squarely back on the truck. The OEM up/down cutoff adjustment is a grey/white plastic phillips knob at the top of each headlamp - very easy adjustment.

BFC provides the parts and does the headlamp retrofit. They cut open the back housings, seat the projectors and wiring, reseal the housings with plastic cement and double butyl sealant. Very clean job. JB is very knowledgeable and good people. He's in Foco.
